Fashion Revolution: Transparency Index 2018

Fashion Revolution has published its third annual Fashion Transparency Index report. This year's edition ranks 150 of the biggest global fashion and apparel brands and retailers based on how much information they share about their social and environmental policies and practices.

Brands have been chosen on the basis of annual turnover over $500 million USD and represent a spread of market segments including high street, luxury, sportswear, accessories, footwear and denim from across Europe, North America, South America and Asia.

This year results show improvements in disclosure of supply chain information with 64 per cent of brands disclosing more policies and commitments than they did last year. Adidas and Reebok top the Index again this year followed by Puma, H&M, Esprit, Banana Republic, Gap, Old Navy, C&A and Mark & Spencer.
